By using MonthlyDocs, you agree to these terms. MonthlyDocs is operated by ONE MARKET LTD (UK), trading as OPERIUM.

2. Service

MonthlyDocs provides document collection tools for accounting professionals. We store uploaded documents securely and provide access via unique portal links.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Data

Uploaded documents are stored securely on EU servers. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Liability

MonthlyDocs is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss. Regular backups are recommended.
