ONE MARKET LTD (UK Company #11161336), trading as OPERIUM, is the data controller for MonthlyDocs.

2. Data Collected

Account information (name, email, company), uploaded documents, and usage data (page views, feature usage).

3. Purpose

We use your data to provide the service, send notifications and reminders, process payments, and improve the product.

4. Storage

All data is stored on European servers (Germany) with SSL/TLS encryption in transit. Documents are stored securely and accessible only via authenticated sessions or unique portal links.

5. Third Parties

We use Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional emails. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data, as well as data portability. To exercise these rights, contact commercial@operium.store.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: authentication session and language preference. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies.

8. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Documents are permanently deleted 45 days after account deletion.
